The Embassy of Ghana in The Hague wishes to inform the general public that, with effect from 12th May 2025, all return postage of consular documents will be handled exclusively through FedEx .

Key points to note:

• Applicants are no longer required to send self addressed envelops.


• Applicants are expected to pay a €10 return postage fee (exclusive of bank charges).


• This policy applies to Consular documents.
